Red Light & Infrared Light Therapy + Massage
Red and near-infrared light therapy is a non-invasive treatment designed to support the body’s natural healing processes at a cellular level. Using therapeutic wavelengths of visible red light and invisible near-infrared light, this treatment penetrates deep into tissue to stimulate cellular energy production, improve circulation, and support recovery in muscles, joints, and connective tissue. When stimulated by red and near-infrared light, mitochondria increase production of ATP (cellular energy), which allows the body to repair tissue more efficiently and regulate inflammation. While also supporting muscle soreness & tightness, chronic muscle tension, athletic recovery and skin health & collagen production.

At Get Serene, our full-body light therapy experience is designed to complement massage therapy and enhance physical recovery.
Massage therapy helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and relax the surrounding connective tissue. As the muscles soften and blood flow increases, the tissues become more receptive to therapeutic light. Using red and near-infrared light therapy immediately after a massage allows the light to penetrate more effectively into the areas that were just worked on.
This combination supports the body’s natural recovery process by helping reduce post-treatment soreness, calm inflammation, and support cellular repair in the muscles and connective tissue. Many clients find that pairing light therapy with massage helps their muscles stay relaxed longer, supports deeper muscle recovery, and longer lasting results.

Your session takes place in a quiet, comfortable treatment space where you can fully relax while the therapeutic red & near-infrared light surrounds your entire body. Clients experience a gentle warming sensation and deep relaxation during treatment. Disposable garments are available for comfort while allowing greater skin exposure to ensure the light can reach the tissues more efficiently.

Advanced Cellular Recovery Light Therapy — 30 Minutes
Our longer session allows for extended exposure to therapeutic red and near-infrared light, supporting deeper tissue recovery and enhanced cellular repair.
The 30-minute session is ideal for clients experiencing chronic muscle tension, deeper inflammation, intense workouts, or those looking to maximize the recovery and regenerative benefits of light therapy.
Many clients choose this option when pairing light therapy with massage or when they want deeper recovery support.
